Hi there,
I registered my email address (ShyanLau@***.com) with the DingTalk app on 13/06/2025 and set up PayPass Key for login. However, on 15/06/2025, I was unexpectedly logged out during a chat with my online friend and have been unable to log back in since.
I kindly request your assistance in resetting my account password. Please send the password reset link to my registered email address (ShyanLau@***.com) so I can regain access to my account.
As I havent yet saved my friends DingTalk ID, its very important for me to log back in and reconnect as soon as possible.

I don't know. I don't even know how the company delivers the credits except the notation it's delivered. It would be better if the company checks with the customer to find out if credit is delivered.
